Breakfast was delicious and good, thoroughly enjoyed the position.

Cozy and super location really close to Alamo plaza and river walk and shops, and the Alamo, I felt safe.

The hotel was what I truly enjoyed during the weekend. In my case they offered Hearing Accessible room with air on and a sofa, as for instance and that was great. The staff was especially helpful, gave advice about the city. The location was perfect and magnificent for exploring this downtown area, adjacent to San Antonio, the river walk, market Square, tower of the americas and Alamo and Riverwalk.

The hotel was truly exceptional and clean with friendly attentivestaff members. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from a scenic river. There were shopping malls and a market around the property. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms even with air on.

Lots of food for breakfast, it was good. The staff were friendly attentive, a real pleasure to deal with.

It was based in new building in a marvellous and perfect location, to major restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Downtown - Riverwalk district. The room was beautiful and incredible with air on as well as a sofa.

Didn't like the area, it was questionable.

The breakfast was enjoyable and delicious with fruit and also bagel and attention to detail. The hotel staff was excellent and top-class. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, just a short walk away from San Fernando de Bexar Cathedral.

The location was cozy, to the AMC movie theater, in the busy area.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a weekend getaway. The staff, from Ernest at the entrance to the knowledgeable check-in team, were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delicious and varied breakfast options each morning. Mona, the housekeeper, went above and beyond by checking in on us and ensuring our satisfaction. If you stay here, make sure to request a room on the 6th floor to have Mona's exceptional service.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a safe area, not far from downtown and Texas and the Alamo. Efficient and top-class staff, suggested places to visit. The room was outstanding and the bed there was great. The breakfast with many options.

The location was comfy, close to Wax Museum. It was located in a busy area not far from the nature of parking, Alamo and Mall, a good choice for me. The room was huge with a sofa included.
